Flippin' Yolk began with four friends that worked as servers and Chef's in the hospitality industry.  Each of them shared a similar vision of delivering Filipino cuisine to their local communities. They began delivering Filipino flavors by translating a new cuisine with a Gourmet food truck offering Silog, an authentic breakfast Filipino dish composed of Garlic rice, a fried

egg, with various Flippin Meat items.   ​
